All content on this site is protected by copyright. You may print and download extracts of the site for your own personal use. No part of this site may be reproduced or stored in any other form without our written consent. No part of this site may be used on any other website or any other medium without our written consent.

Delivery

Orders are normally shipped within 2 days of order placement and this will usually mean the order is delivered to your address within 7 working days. We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. We aim to fulfill your order by the delivery date set in the Dispatch Confirmation. If no delivery date is specified, we will try to deliver within a reasonable time of dispatch. Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed. Ownership of the products will only pass to you, when we have received the full payment.

Contract agreement

When you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. You order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders will be subject to acceptance by us and subject to availability. We will be confirming such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched. The contract that will be formed on behalf of our acceptance, will only relate to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed. We will not be obliged to supply products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate dispatch confirmation.

By making a purchase through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.
Price
The prices stated on our site, exclude delivery costs unless otherwise stated. The prices include VAT.
Despite our best offers, it might happen that some of the products listed on our site are incorrectly priced. We will verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. In the unlikely scenario that a product is incorrectly priced, we will only ship the product if the correct price is lower than the stated price. If a products correct price is higher than what is stated, we will either contact your for instructions before shipping the product or reject your order and notify you of this. If a pricing error occurs that is an obvious error and unmistakeable, we are under no obligation to provide you the product at the incorrect price.
Payment
We uses Epay for accepting payment and orders by credit card. Surfkollekitv ApS does not obtain your credit card details.
When paying through Epay, you do not need to have an account with them.
Epay process the payment and forward the funds to us. When you payment has been processed, you will get an e-mail confirmation from Epay. For Epay terms and conditions, please visit their website at www.epay.dk
The amount will be charged when the item is shipped.
100 Day Return Policy
Beside your Statutory Rights, we offer a 100 Day return Policy.
If you should wish to return a purchase and get a refund or exchange it to another product, you can send the goods back to us within 100 days of receiving it. This opportunity to return your purchase within 100 days, is only valid if the goods are not used are returned to us in their original condition.
The goods must be returned with their original and undamaged packaging.
When you are trying on clothing, please do handle the product with care. You should not use force and do make sure that you are not wearing perfume, a deodorant or make-up that will leave leave a scent or marks on the item.
In the unlikely event, that you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us HERE quoting your order reference and contact details. Please also describe the error and whether you require a return or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed.
Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it and issue a refund or a replacement (as requested) if appropriate. This is subject to our confirmation of the fault.
We will usually refund your money, using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually do this, within 5 days of receiving the items you have returned to us.
Return procedure
Should you wish to return a product, you must complete the return form that is included in the package with your products. Returns must be send to the following address:

 As the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend that you send the parcel with a delivery service that insures you for the value of the items you are shipping. Whatever costs you will incur in returning the item to us, is to be held by yourself. However, were the goods faulty and this is confirmed by us, we will pay the cost of shipping back the product. If you are shipping back faulty products, please do so according to the written instructions you will receive from us.
Our Liability
We do out best to ensure that the items on our site, the terms and the content are described as accurately as possibly. However, there may from time to time be typographical errors or inaccuracies. There may also be slight variations in style or color reproduction. The actual colors you will see, will depend on your monitor and therefore we are unable to guarantee that your monitors, will reflect the color of the actual product being delivered to you. To the extent that the law permits it, we are not to be liable for any claims either direct or in terms of loss relating to the accuracy of the information contained on this site.
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking the agreement between us, is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you have purchased. Neither are we responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us.
Force Majeure.
We are not to be liable or held responsible for any failure to perform, deliver or delays in delivery, that is caused by an act that may be deemed as being Force Majeure.
Communication
By using our site, you accept that communication between us will be mainly electronically and by use of e-mail. For contractual purposes, you agree that e-email is the means of communication and that all contracts, informations and other communication that we provide to you by e-mail, comply with any legal requirements. This condition will not affect any of your statutory rights.
Jurisdiction and Law
Contracts for the purchase of goods through our site and any dispute arising in connection with this, will be governed by Danish law. All disputes or claims shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

Vi tilbyder følgende leveringsformer:

• Postnord uden omdeling (Gratis på ordre over 1000 kr. ellers 60 kr.)
• Post Danmark med omdeling (Gratis på ordre over 1000 kr. ellers 60 kr.)

Forventet leveringstid er 3-5 hverdage. Bestilte produkter sendes som udgangspunkt samlet.

Fortrydelsesret

Du har 100 dages fortrydelsesret, når du handler hos os.
Fortrydelsesfristen udløber 100 dage efter den dag du;
a. har modtaget din vare
b. får den sidste vare i fysisk besiddelse, når det drejer sig om en aftale om flere forskellige varer, som er bestilt i én ordre, og som leveres enkeltvis
c. får det sidste parti, eller den sidste del i fysisk besiddelse, når det drejer sig om en aftale om levering af en vare, der består af flere partier eller dele
Du skal inden 100 dage fra modtagelse give os meddelelse om, at du ønsker at fortryde dit køb. Meddelelsen skal gives ved at skrive til aloha(at)norrevegas.com.com eller ringe på +45 31315087. I din meddelelse skal du gøre os tydeligt opmærksom på, at du ønsker at udnytte din fortrydelsesret. Du kan også vælge at benytte vores standardfortrydelsesformular, eller vores retur portal og sende med retur. Den finder du medsendt din ordrebekræftelse og her.
Du kan ikke fortryde ved blot at nægte modtagelse af varen uden samtidig at give os tydelig meddelelse om dette.

Returnering

Du skal sende din ordre retur til os uden unødig forsinkelse og senest 100 dage efter, du har meddelt os, at du ønsker at fortryde dit køb. Du skal afholde de direkte udgifter i forbindelse med tilbagelevering af varen.
Ved returnering er du ansvarlig for, at varen er pakket forsvarligt ind.
Du bærer risikoen for varen fra tidspunktet for varens levering.

Varer undtaget fortrydelsesretten

Følgende varetyper er undtaget fortrydelsesretten:
1. Levering af varer, som må antages at blive forringet eller forældet hurtigt,
2. Levering af forseglede varer, som af sundhedsbeskyttelses- eller hygiejnemæssige årsager ikke er egnet til at blive returneret, og hvor forseglingen er blevet brudt efter leveringen,
3. Levering af plomberede lyd- eller billedoptagelser eller computersoftware, som forbrugeren har brudt plomberingen på,

Du mister din fortrydelsesret, hvis;
• du tager varerne i brug, som af sundhedsbeskyttelses- eller hygiejnemæssige årssager ikke er egnet til at blive returneret.
• du bryder plomberingen på lyd-eller billedoptagelser eller computersoftware.

Varens stand, når du sender den retur

Du hæfter for eventuel forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes anden håndtering, end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varens art, egenskaber og den måde, den fungerer på. Med andre ord – du kan prøve varen på samme måde, som hvis du prøvede den i en fysisk butik.

Hvis varen er prøvet udover, hvad der er beskrevet ovenfor, betragter vi den som brugt, hvilket betyder, at du ved fortrydelse af købet kun får en del eller intet af købsbeløbet retur, afhængig af varens handelsmæssige værdi.

Tilbagebetaling af købsbeløbet

Hvis du fortryder dit køb, får du naturligvis det beløb du har indbetalt til os, tilbage. I tilfælde af en værdiforringelse, som du hæfter for, fratrækkes denne købsbeløbet. Ved tilbagelevering af den købte vare i tilfælde af fortrydelse, skal du selv betale udgifterne hertil.

Vi refunderer din betaling den unødig forsinkelse og under alle omstændigheder senest 14 dage fra den dato, hvor vi har modtaget meddelelse om din beslutning om at fortryde denne aftale. Vi gennemfører en sådan tilbagebetaling med samme betalingsmiddel, som du benyttede ved den oprindelige transaktion, medmindre du udtrykkeligt har indvilget i noget andet.

Vi kan tilbageholde tilbagebetalingen, indtil vi har modtaget varen retur, med mindre du inden da har fremlagt dokumentation for at have returneret den.

Reklamationsret

Købelovens mangelsregler finder anvendelse på varekøb.
Når du handler på www.norrevegas.com har du selvfølgelig 24 måneders reklamationsret. Det betyder, at du som udgangspunkt kan få varen repareret, ombyttet, pengene tilbage eller afslag i prisen, afhængig af den konkrete situation.

Det er selvfølgelig et krav, at reklamationen er berettiget, og at manglen ikke er opstået som følge af en fejlagtig brug af produktet eller anden skadeforvoldende adfærd.

Hvor hurtigt skal jeg reklamere?

Du skal reklamere indenfor ”rimelig tid” efter, at du har opdaget manglen ved varen. Hvis du reklamerer inden for to måneder efter, at manglen er opdaget, vil reklamationen altid være rettidig.
Vi refunderer rimelige fragtomkostninger

Er reklamationen berettiget, refunderer vi naturligvis dine (rimelige) fragtomkostninger.

Forbehold og ansvarsfraskrivelse

Surfkollektiv Aps. (norrevegas.com) tager forbehold for eventuelle afgiftsændringer, pris- og korrekturfejl, tekniske fejl, udsolgte varer og force majeure, herunder arbejdskonflikt og mangler ved eller forsinkelse af leverancer fra underleverandører.
